Sunshine and clear skies are to be enjoyed, with temperatures warming from -7 to 1 degree Celsius as cloud cover builds towards the weekend.

Across the valley, Isola 2000 enjoyed 10cm of fresh snow on 2 January. This served to supplement the machine-made powder, resulting in current depths of 35cm on both upper and lower slopes. 9 of 19 lifts are open, whilst conditions are reported as being good on the 15 open pistes and variable off-piste. A further 30cm of snow is expected in the next 9 days. Cloud cover is expected to peak on Thursday before receding by the weekend to leave sunshine in keeping with present conditions.

Conditions are also good in Valberg. 6cm of snowfall over the past 48hrs has left 20cm of packed powder on slopes at all altitudes. 5 of 23 lifts are open, with 9 of 56 runs available. No further snowfall is scheduled over the next week. Clear skies and sunshine are expected towards the weekend, following a slightly gloomier day on Thursday. Winds are fairly light, with a stronger southerly breeze on Friday.
