The luxurious building, which is set within a park and has its own swimming pool, is located a few minutes from Larvotto Beach, with easy access to Monte-Carlo and all its dining, shopping and entertainment options.
The 257 square metre apartment is situated in the Parc Saint Roman residential building in the vicinity of the famous Monte-Carlo Country Club. The three-bedroom property has a living area of 211 sqm and huge sliding windows open up onto a stunning 46sqm terrace where the whole Principality is laid out beneath your feet. Working from home couldn’t be more desirable. Imagine sipping on your morning coffee while combing over emails just to glance up at the blue horizon of the Mediterranean meeting the sky on a cloudless day.
The apartment has been entirely refurbished with high-quality finishes. The colour scheme is neutral with sophisticated dark wood floors and modern fixtures and fittings. The large living room also faces the sea and there is an office that can be adapted into a fourth bedroom.

Market News
One of Monaco’s biggest property challenges has always been the limited amount of space available. However, developers are finding ever-more creative ways to deal with the lack of space. Now Bouygues Construction has been contracted to build luxury homes on reclaimed land into the sea.
The maritime infrastructure will be an extension of Monaco, expanding it by 60,000 square meters. It will consist of 18 trapezoid reinforced concrete caissons, which are currently being precast in the Marseille-Fos Port. The development, which includes a third port, will take a decade to complete and will cost €2 billion.
